Refunds

Recorded Calls & Data Retention

• Sales calls may be recorded for quality purposes and are deleted 30 days after the relevant program ends.

• Coaching calls, client notes, and submitted materials are also deleted 30 days after program completion.

• Support correspondence is retained for up to 30 days after the last contact unless otherwise required for legal purposes.

Marketing & Data Use

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We may retain your name, email, and engagement data for marketing purposes unless you request deletion.

Monitoring & Enforcement
